Continuous-flow ultrasound leverages cavitation to process large-volume batches, delivering efficient homogenization, mixing, and dispersion. The system includes ultrasonic transducers, a reaction vessel, circulation pump, cooling unit, and other components. The vessel features a double-layer cooling design to maintain temperature stability.
How It Works
Leveraging ultrasound cavitation in liquids, the transducer converts electrical energy through the horn to generate high-intensity shear force at the tool head. This creates rapid alternating water pressure that expands and collapses cavities, crushing cells.
