Product Overview

The UCD-1000 ultrasonic cell disruptor features a new digital ultrasonic power supply with a built-in high-performance DSP processor. Leveraging digital frequency synthesis and digital phase-locked loop composite control, it delivers high-precision automatic frequency tracking, high integration, and broad frequency adaptability. The operating frequency automatically tracks and adapts within the 20-25 kHz range. This series includes standard, general-purpose, and pilot-scale models to accommodate various sample volumes. With continuously adjustable time and power settings, it effectively disrupts animal and plant tissues, cells, and bacteria. It also supports emulsification, separation, dispersion, extraction, cleaning, and chemical reaction acceleration. Widely used in life sciences, materials science, and environmental protection.

How It Works

How It Works

Leveraging the cavitation effect of ultrasonic waves in liquids, the transducer converts electrical energy into high-intensity shear forces at the tool head via the horn. This generates rapid pressure fluctuations that cause bubbles to expand and collapse violently, effectively crushing cells.
